Data we process
We process account email, optional name, salted password hashes, verification and session records; video links or uploads, transcripts, selected frames and generated clips; usage allowances, API usage metadata and support or feedback messages. Passwords are not stored as plain text.
Purposes and grounds
Account and processing data are used to provide the service you request. Security records support our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, subject to your rights. When sales are enabled, transaction records will also support legal accounting obligations. Any required marketing consent is collected separately from this notice.
Providers and international processing
Transcripts and selected video frames are sent to the OpenAI API for analysis. Audio chunks may also be sent for transcription when source captions are unavailable. This uses infrastructure outside Türkiye. The production hosting provider and international transfer mechanism must be finalized before public launch. When enabled, iyzico will handle payments; MostClip will not store card numbers or security codes.
Retention and requests
Processing media is removed according to your plan’s retention period. Account, project and usage records may remain after media is deleted. Contact info@mostclip.com for account deletion, access, correction or other personal data requests. Statutory retention rules apply to billing records.
