Digital delivery
MostClip does not ship physical products. Once paid sales are enabled, a verified payment will assign the purchased plan and minutes to the relevant account. Clip processing is started separately, and completed files are downloaded from the account. Processing time varies with source length and system load.
Service issues
If you were charged but did not receive your allowance, contact info@mostclip.com with your account email and order ID before paying again. Refunding processing minutes after a failed analysis is separate from a payment refund.
Withdrawal and refunds
Applicable consumer rights remain reserved. The general withdrawal period for consumer service contracts in Türkiye is 14 days from conclusion. Exceptions for instantly performed digital services or services started with the consumer’s consent depend on the actual transaction; we do not treat every purchase as automatically non-refundable. Send withdrawal or refund requests to the support email with your account and order details. Final order terms will be shown before paid checkout opens.
