Account and content responsibilities
Use accurate account details, protect your password and upload only content you have permission to process and republish. Do not submit unlawful content, unauthorized personal data or sources that infringe others’ rights.
Automated results
AI-generated captions, headlines and clip selections may contain errors. Review them before publishing. The selected count is a maximum, and source quality, speech structure and access restrictions affect results.
Allowances and retention
The Free allowance is one-time. New analyses and re-picks use the full source duration. Downloading an existing file does not use additional analysis minutes. Download files within your plan’s retention period. Statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
Feedback
Requests are associated with your account and visible only to you and administrators. Submitting an idea does not guarantee implementation or a delivery date.
